All tuition payments and credits are non-refundable and may only be used for PCC products, programs and services.  In the event of a cancelation or tuition overage, credit will be given in the form of prorated "hours" to be used for PCC instruction, products or other services.  No monetary refunds will be given, and lesson credits cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.

All appointments are final once paid for.  If you have to reschedule, please do so no later than one week prior to the confirmed session slot.  Appointments that are not attended or rescheduled within one week will not be refunded.
